Project Training for Business People addresses both Project Management and Project Leadership, emphasizing how important both are to developing high performing teams that deliver valuable outcomes effectively and efficiently.
Project Management is the process; Project Leadership puts it into action.
This is not “project management” training – it is training to deliver results.
This is a personal method developed by Douglas Noullett, based on the best ideas and hard lessons learned from 46 years of experience gained from farming, from his service in the Navy, and practical experience in industry. It blends the best of project management and project leadership to deliver results.
Three courses have been developed and delivered since 2024.
- PM101: Project Management 101 is designed to help you solve real-world problems by developing a plan in real-time that you can put into action immediately after this course. A series of exercises will be used during the training to develop the plan to complete your project.
- PM201: This course builds on prior experience and/or completion of Project Management 101, participants will gain knowledge of advanced tools and techniques to enhance the planning and execution of complex projects. Participants will also learn how to establish and maintain accountability with their team, and their leaders, necessary to successfully complete the project.
- PM301: After completing Project Management 301, participants will be able to apply advanced project leadership skills so they can take an active and effective leadership role in defining, planning and executing projects, and in guiding and motivating their teams.
