Course Summary:
Learn the fundamentals of project management by creating a real-world project plan during the session based on a case-study you identify for the course. Through practical exercises, you’ll leave with an actionable plan ready for implementation.
Course Aim:
The aim of this training is to establish the strong foundation in project management across the
organization by:
- Establishing the common language and process for project management and project leadership,
- Equipping participants with practical fit-for-purposes tools and techniques that will help them
- Show participants how to effectively plan and execute small projects assigned to them
- Providing participants with the ability to effectively participate in projects
Course Delivery:
- Delivered in two formats: in-person or remotely
This course could be completed in:
- 1.5 days of dedicated training
- Three successive days – (half-day each day)
- Three successive weeks – (half-day each week).
PM101 consists of three modules:
- Initiating a Project (Stage 1)
- How do I plan a project? (Stage 2 and 3)
- How do I execute the project? (Stage 4)
